This notice explains how information is handled when you visit the Aging Amazing website, sign up for Aging Amazing Updates, or contact us about the show.

When you sign up

We ask for your email address. Your first name is optional. We use this information to send the confirmation and welcome emails, share new episodes and useful resources, and manage your subscription. You can browse the website without subscribing.

Our signup uses email confirmation: click the link in the confirmation email to complete your subscription.

Our email provider

MailerLite hosts the signup form, stores subscriber information, and sends our updates. It may also process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, subscription activity, and email engagement. Depending on the email settings, reports may include opens and link clicks, helping us understand delivery and which content is useful.

Your choices

You can stop receiving updates using the unsubscribe link in an update email. To ask about your information, correct it, or request deletion, email hello@agingamazingpodcast.com. We may need to verify that a request comes from the person associated with the email address.

Subscriber information is kept to manage the subscription. Unsubscribing stops updates but does not necessarily erase all records: limited subscription, consent, and suppression records may remain to honor your choice, resolve delivery issues, or meet applicable requirements. Contact us with questions about retention or deletion.

Website services and videos

The website’s hosting infrastructure and services loaded by your browser may process technical information, such as your IP address, device or browser details, and requested pages, to deliver and protect their services. Embedded forms and videos may use cookies or similar technologies.

When you contact us

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you include, and use them to respond and handle your request. Please do not send medical records, account numbers, or other sensitive personal information. Aging Amazing provides educational content, not individual medical, legal, or financial services.
